Project Description
This project involved a complete guttering replacement as part of the residential roof replacement which included window screen replacement and exterior painting for the Vaughn home in Oklahoma City.
This project involved a comprehensive exterior renovation of a residential property, aimed at improving both the functionality and curb appeal of the home. The scope of work included the complete replacement of the existing roof, which had reached the end of its service life. A new, durable roofing system was installed to enhance weather resistance and energy efficiency.
In conjunction with the roof replacement, the gutter system was also upgraded. Old, inefficient gutters were removed and replaced with a new, seamless system designed to improve water drainage and protect the home’s foundation from water damage. Additionally, all damaged or worn window screens were replaced to restore proper ventilation and pest protection. This not only improved the home’s comfort but also contributed to its overall appearance.
To complete the project, the entire exterior of the house was professionally painted. Surface preparation included pressure washing, scraping, and priming as needed, followed by the application of high-quality, weather-resistant paint. The new paint finish refreshed the home’s aesthetic and added an extra layer of protection against the elements.

Overall, this renovation project significantly enhanced the home’s structural integrity, efficiency, and visual appeal.
